We are a distributor of variety of cables located in Chino Hills, CA.
Looking for detail oriented and self motivated person.
Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is preferred.
No experience is required, we will train from the entry level.
Job Responsibilities for Sales Assistant:
Process sales orders received from the customers Resolve any sales order related issues Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence Answer telephone calls and assist customers Maintain customer database Job Responsibilities for Sales:
Reach out to sales leads through cold calling Actively seek out new customers every day Respond to prospective customers' inquiries and requests Handle orders, complaints, and any other inquiries Learn and demonstrate/explain Comtop's products to your clients Provide outstanding customer service via phone and/or email Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales Provide valuable sales feedback to your manager Job Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred Detail-oriented and highly organized Able to work well in a team Must be able to use a computer, internet, MS Office, Excel, etc.
