In this role, you would play a significant part in the onboarding of new franchisees and general day-to-day operations.
We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and can be accurate in the information they provide.
The ideal candidate can manage their time well and provide support in multiple areas such as customer support, training, reporting, and onboarding.
THIS POSITION IS FOR ONBOARDING FRANCHISEES FOR THE FRANCHISOR RESPONSIBILITIES As a mentor and coach to new Franchise Partners, the Onboarding Specialist provides guidance, support, and resources necessary for owners to effectively launch and operate their Fit Body Boot Camp location.
This entails:
Initial Orientation and Welcome:
Conduct initial orientation sessions for new Franchise Partners, introducing them to the Fit Body Boot Camp brand, mission, and core values.
Provide a warm welcome and establish a supportive relationship, reassuring them of the continuous support they will receive.
Training and Education:
Guide Franchise Partners through a structured training program that covers all aspects of running a Fit Body Boot Camp, session planning, and member engagement strategies.
Facilitate access to online resources, webinars, and workshops that further their knowledge in business operations, marketing, and client retention.
Supporting Location Buildout:
Acting as a liaison between Franchise Partners and vendors, contractors, or internal teams involved in the setup of new locations.
This includes coordinating timelines, managing expectations, and ensuring that all parties are aligned with the brand standards of Fit Body Boot Camp.
Providing advice and specifications on the optimal layout for the training area, as well as recommendations on the necessary equipment and materials required to deliver the Fit Body Boot Camp experience effectively.
Operational Setup:
Assist Franchise Partners in setting up their Fit Body Boot Camp location, including advice on layout, equipment procurement, and branding to ensure consistency across the franchise.
Offer guidance on implementing the Fit Body Boot Camp's operational systems and technology platforms for scheduling, client management, and reporting.
Marketing and Branding Support:
Provide marketing materials and strategies tailored to the Franchise Partner's local market, ensuring they effectively attract and retain members.
Educate on the use of social media, local advertising, and community engagement to build brand awareness and a strong local presence.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure that Franchise Partners understand and adhere to all franchise policies, standards, and procedures to maintain brand integrity.
Conduct regular check-ins to monitor compliance with Fit Body Boot Camp's operational standards and client service expectations.
Continuous Support and Development:
Offer ongoing support through regular check-ins, addressing any challenges and providing solutions to ensure the success of the Franchise Partner.
Facilitate networking opportunities with other Franchise Partners to share best practices, experiences, and foster a supportive community within the franchise.
Performance Monitoring and Feedback:
Implement a performance monitoring system to track the progress and success of the Franchise Partner, offering constructive feedback and actionable insights for improvement.
Celebrate achievements and milestones to motivate and encourage continued growth and success.
Innovation and Feedback Loop:
Encourage Franchise Partners to provide feedback on the training, support, and overall franchise system to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest fitness industry trends and innovations, ensuring the Fit Body Boot Camp model remains competitive and appealing to members.
Recordkeeping and Data Entry:
Ensuring all information related to the new Franchise Partners, such as contact details, agreements, training progress, and any other relevant documentation, is accurately entered into the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or any other designated platform.
Keeping records up-to-date, including tracking the progress of new Franchise Partners through the onboarding process, updating any changes in their status, and ensuring that all necessary steps are completed in a timely manner.
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate is charismatic and enjoys helping solve problems and provide guidance in new and exciting ways on a regular basis.

Regular Video Calls and Email Communication Must have experience working with Google Workspace products such as:
Chat & Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive Must be comfortable learning and working with new software Must be able to navigate priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be detail-oriented and consistent Must be able to communicate effectively Basic knowledge of Facebook AVAILABLE FLEX SCHEDULES Below are the 3 schedule options available to choose from.
Each of the schedules factor in a one-hour lunch period.
You will be required to come into the office daily as a part of your role.
