Tenant Service Coordinator
Kimco Staffing is Currently Hiring for a Tenant Coordinator in Chino!!Hours:
8am- 5 pm Days; Monday - Friday Pay:
$23-$28 DOE Job Duties:
Updates Tenant contact filesCoordinates social events, special programs, holiday events, tenant events.
Will assist with security Staff as needed Coordinates information and work orders with property manager.
Responsible for tenant transmittal key letters, mailing and notifications.
Process all incoming mailInput all invoices into YardiWill inspect properties Ability to coordinate holiday eventsJob Qualifications :
Must have a high school diplomaMust have at least 2 years experience with related field.
