Job Function and Responsibility
o Light bookkeeping
o General office duties including:
& Answer phones, reception duties
& Shipping and rcving packages at the post office
& Filing, scanning, organizing documents
- Experience, Educational Background, and Traits
o 2 or 4 years college graduate
o Good communication in English (written and spoken)
o Self-motivated, organized, positive attitude, willing to learn, good communication skills
o Self-management and organization
o Independent, creative, team player
o Computer literacy
o Accounting background is a plus
o Valid drivers license

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
